Q: I would like my purchased products to be shipped to multiple addresses for delivery / pick-up. 

我想將訂單內的貨品寄往不同地址以便收件或自取。

A: As each order is limited to one delivery address or pick-up option, please place separate orders according to your desired delivery addresses or pick-up locations.

每限訂單僅限送往一個地址自取點。欲分別送貨到不同地址或自取點,請分開下單。

 

Q: I have just placed an order for delivery, but need to change the delivery address. 

我剛落訂單並安排送貨,但需要更改送貨地址。

A: Please contact our team directly. Please be aware that the delivery time may be delayed, and where applicable additional costs arising from this arrangement will be self-financed by the customer.

請直接聯絡我們。注意:運送時間或會延遲。因更改地址而所引致的額外費用須有顧客自行承擔。

 

Q: I was unable to receive my delivery due to personal reasons. 

因個人理由,我未能收件。

A: Please contact our team directly for alternate arrangements. Please be aware that should the delivery fail repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and no refund will be made.
