Delivery and Pick-up 送貨及自取須知

Free delivery is available upon net purchase of HK$1000 and above. 

凡惠顧合共港幣$1000或以上商品即可獲得免費送貨服務。

For orders under HK$1000, we will arrange pick-up at our pick-up points.  

合共港幣$1000以下的訂單，我們會安排顧客到自取點領取商品。

Customers can also pay for a door-to-door delivery service, if the order does not satisfy the condition of HK$1000. Feel free to send us an enquiry.

未買滿港幣$1000的訂單，顧客亦可選擇安排自費送貨，請向我們查詢。

Delivery service is also available for Macau and China – please contact us before the purchase. 

若要送貨到澳門及中國大陸，請在訂購前聯絡我們。

Before Payment 付款前須知

On the Shipping page, customers have to provide the detailed address for door-to-door delivery. 

在運送頁面，顧客請提供詳細送貨地址。

For self-pick orders, please enter the address of the preferred pick-up point.

如果顧客選擇自取，請輸入正確的自取點地址。

Delivery Arrangement 送貨安排

Delivery of purchased products will be made according to the address provided by the customer. Each order will be sent to one address only. Please be aware that Tung Yao Ceramics Supply is not responsible for any delay or loss of delivery due to the inaccuracy of the address provided by the customer. 

貨品的收件地址以客人填寫的地址為準。每份訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址，請按不同地址分開下單。如因客人提供的地址不準確而出現延誤或寄失的情況，恕不負責。

Delivery Time 送貨時間

In general, items will be ready for delivery within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after we have confirmed your payment. Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, area, or other factors. In this case, delivery time will be arranged for another day.

一般下單後，我們會於確定完成付款的3個工作天內寄出貨品 (不包括星期六、日，公眾假期)。送貨服務有可能會因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期，送貨時間將會另作安排。 

Pick-up Time自取時間

In general, items will be ready for self pick-up within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after we have confirmed your payment. 

一般下單後，我們會於確定完成付款的7個工作天內將貨品送到自取點 (不包括星期六、日，公眾假期)。

24-Hour Pick-up Points 二十四小時自取點
