退貨及換貨須知
All purchased items are eligible for return and exchange with items of the same price range within 7 days of purchase.
所有商品均可以在購買後7天內退回及更換（僅限同樣款式或同一價錢的商品）
Return Eligibility 退貨條件
Unless the items are defective or damaged, your return items must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
除非貨品出現破損或瑕疵，否則欲退回的貨品必須保持原狀，未被使用和未被撕去標籤，保留原封包裝。您亦須提供單據同購買證明。
To start a return, you can contact us at supply@tungyaoceramics.com. Please indicate your order number and item(s) that you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
若需退貨，請以電郵方式聯絡我們 supply@tungyaoceramics.com。請在電郵列明訂單號碼及欲退換貨品。退貨一旦接納，我們會提供退貨安排，如退貨及運送方式。我們一律不接受未經批准退貨而寄到貨倉或自取點的寄件。

Damages and Issues 破損及瑕疵
Should items be delivered damaged or turn out defective after initial use, customers may contact our team to request for a replacement OR exchange with items of the same price range within 7 days of purchase.
若果商品運送後出現破損，或首次使用後出現瑕疵，顧客可以在購買後7日內聯絡我們安排換貨（僅限同樣款式或同一價錢的商品）
For all exchanges, please provide 所有有關破損及瑕疵商品的換貨，請提供：
- Photographic evidence of the relevant damaged or defective item(s) 有關破損及瑕疵商品的圖片證據
- The original receipt or order number of your purchase 單據正本或訂單號碼
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 不可退換的商品
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
特別訂製的商品將不可退換貨。我們亦不接受退換促銷特價貨品或禮品卡。如有需要，請向我們查詢。
Exchanges 換貨
Once the return is accepted and completed, you can contact us to make an exchange for the new items. Items can only be exchanged once. In case the price of the exchange items are lower than the returned ones, the difference will not be returned.
一旦完成退貨程序，您可以聯絡我們安排換貨。貨品只限更換一次。如果更換的商品價錢低於原有訂購的商品，我們不會退回差價。
Refunds 退款
Unfortunately, NO refund is accepted for all purchases from our store.
